Report a fault

Tell us what's wrong

If someone is in danger, or you can see a downed power line, sparking equipment or major flooding: call, don't fill in a form.

Before reporting a power cut, check your breakers and look at the supply status page to see if we already know. For water, check whether your stopcock is open and whether neighbours are affected.

Non-urgent fault report

We aim to acknowledge online reports within one working day. For anything urgent, please call.

Which service is affected?

Tell us what you can see or hear, when it started, and whether neighbours are affected.

A landmark is fine if the property has no number.

So a crew can call you back if they need directions or access.
